It'll drop to $590 next month lol. Still sucks, but that's the way it is for single bedrooms in Lincoln.

Damn I missed this and couldn't even respond, I saw my name swirled around there but I'm confident this was E and JB sharing a moment :)
Yeah, but you live in the middle of nowhere. ;)
I think you and I have a different definition of "sucks".
The only places anywhere near me that are less than $600 are for

Since we were talking about rent, saw this today in the Post.

By contrast, the renovated units sport granite countertops, restored wood floors and stainless steel appliances. They come with upscale price tags, too. A 400-square-foot studio can cost as much as $1,400 a month. One-bedrooms go for more than $1,800.
:smh:
That shit is ridiculous.
There are places here that are in that range, but it's for 4 bedroom ginormous townhouses that are already furnished along with access to tennis courts, pools, etc.
By contrast, there are places that are in kinda poor neighborhoods that are fairly nice for $400-500 per month.
That is outragous, I pay $828 for 1600 sq ft 4 bedrooms and on an acre. Ill still to my country living for sure
Lincoln is okay for 2+ bedrooms, but hell for a 1 bedroom.
