I want some next gen Mavis Beacon.
Things have not gone too well for Mavis.
Spoiler: show
:smh:
I feel sorry for Half-life fans because, when 3 finally comes out, there's no possible way it can live up to the nostalgia and hype of the first two.
It has been successfully funded as of today and still have 4 days to spare. I really hope he stays true to the old SOCOM games and molds this game to be a successor to them. I'm pretty sure actual SOCOM is dead thanks to Sony/Zipper, so this may be the last chance for awhile to have combat similar to that style.
Maybe its just the cheapass in me or maybe I am looking through the I have two kids colored glasses but I swear I cant wrap my head around these kickstarter things for video games/movies.
I would love to see alot of things made but I don't care enough to help them out...maybe if more said hey pay me 60.00 now and you get the game "free" when it comes out maybe, but they are mostly always pay me 60.00 and I will give you a soundtrack and a t-shirt.
Farming Simulator is out in the PSN store now! And it has a :plat:!

Oweb, every Kickstarter I've supported has included whatever I'm supporting...
Does any one know if the servers/online play are working for the old old Call Of Duty titles like Finest hour, Red point , and number 2 or 3 and WAW for that matter.. Any one?
Nice picture. the good ole days.
Old enough to remember playing the nes and super nes. ( 28)
Yeah, I get to look like the evil WiiU hater for posting more doom and gloom.

This comment is almost like a 3rd party deathblow since Ubisoft was a big supporter of the system. Crap on a cracker, how on earth did ZombieU not make a profit with so few games out there?
Yves Guillemot, Chairman and CEO of Ubisoft, is typically one of the biggest proponents of new systems, but betting big on the Wii U didn't work out well for the company. ZombiU, one of the most popular launch titles for the system with players, was not profitable, he says. Not even close. As such, he says, there are no plans (or even desire) for a sequel.
EA
For EA, at least, it's the system's lack of a rich multiplayer environment that's one of the big concerns - especially for sports titles. (That's part of the reason Madden won't appear on the system this year.)
"The lack of online engagement that we see on Wii U [is troubling]," says Moore. "It's so integral to what we do. They're so small it's hardly worth running the servers. It seems like a box that's out of sync with the future of EA - which is one that gives a real social feel to our games. The Wii U feels like an offline experience right now."
Guesses? I'm going with Destiny.
10 million copies to break even?! :smh:
Watch Dogs
Well this takes gaming to another level......
EVE Online Player Loses A Spaceship Worth Approximately $9,000
If you have 20 minutes of your life you will never get back to listen to the audio after whomever this guy is losses, its pretty fucking epic.
There is a 6 minute version that has all the highlights but not nearly as funny.
EDIT: I dont play EVE online and I know jack shit about it (which if it takes real money for me to do anything that I might lose in a virtual world..count me out, well anything outside of playing poker) so alot of the things they are taking about goes over my head but its still pretty funny how raged he is.
