One guy at work is a big Chelsea fan. Hopefully, since no one else really gives a damn, he won't be insufferable today.

Boring, boring Champions!
Woohoo! FIFA's taking it up the ass tonight! Deservedly so!

Gonna be some "pound me in the ass" prison time for some of those guys. Or a cushy white collar resort.
Ordered my daughter this shirt a few weeks ago. It came in about 10 days ago. She loves wearing her Chelsea gear. :)

My hat came in yesterday. :)

KTBFFH!
Yep. My daughter enjoys wearing her Chelsea swag. She wears the hoodie that I got her for Christmas to school everyday. She always tells me about the sheep at her school who support Manchester United.

FIFA president Sepp Blatter wins re-election despite bribery, corruption scandal
:fp:
The thing is Blatter is providing uniforms and stadiums for poor countries and essentially buying their votes.
Trinidad's women's team was in Houston a few weeks back trying to qualify for the World Cup and they didn't have money for a hotel. While FIFA sits on piles of cash, they were asking the public here for hotel money.
Despite that, I'm sure they voted for Blatter. It's that fucked up. :smh:
Sitting on a pile of cash while players can't afford basic comforts? Surely that doesn't happen in any other sport.
Just that I wish FIFA was alone in that type of questionable practice, and sadly they aren't.
Understood.
The thing that Blatter had going is that the majority of the voting nations (180 or so of 200 some) are third world countries. He buys them kits or builds grounds and they will vote for him forever. And, of course, their votes count the same as the big nations votes do.
Which means the only way to permanently remove the most corrupt motherfucker from FIFA (my ass that "naive" motherfucker had no clue all that corruption was going on, the lying old fuck) is either the DOJ manages to get corruption charges on him (likely by turning the small fish in this current indictment) or assassination. I'm cool with either one really!
Wow.
Not sure if I should laugh and then shake my head or what.
Leicester.

Good riddance.
Remember at the re-election news conference, someone asked him if he's worried about getting arrested and he responded with "what for?"
He's about to get that answer I think  :D :D :D
Lmfao. He'll remain in the position until a special election can be held. You know, totally different than the regular election that was just held. Sigh.
Thought this was posted here but maybe not.

Great video, Jeff. Thanks for sharing!
He just trashed our idiotic governor the other day, and it was great.
