I will advance tonight, I PM'd Anton and Romo through the 360. The next week will be five days instead of four cuz I won't be back until Tuesday.
Week has been advanced, will advance again late Tuesday night.
Okay well I made my decision and I am switching over to Florida State. That will give us 2 teams in each division of the ACC. I was going to switch to an SEC team but I could not get into playing with any one of them.
I have made the switch on the dynasty hub, not sure if there is anything else you need to do JB
We are in week 7 or 8 right now....for those who have friends who want to join....let them know, but we will wait til the start of next season to add them.
my game will likely show a restart once I complete it. I started my game @Clemson, was tied 10-10 at halftime, neither team had an offensive TD, both fumble returned for TD. but I had to shut it off as something came up and I had to leave the house and I try not to leave my Xbox on longer than I need to.
so, currently we have:
ACC
Miami
Virginia Tech
Maryland
Florida State
Big East
West Virginia
Big Ten
Michigan
SEC
Alabama
LSU
ouch. lost Da Rel Scott for the game early on. Defense has me with a 17-0 lead at the half though.
Clemson would close it to 17-14 before Maryland's defense would come up with a huge safety. Maryland would add a FG after that to win 22-14.
tough break for Maryland's HB Da Rel Scott, getting injured after only 17 rushing yards(8 carries). his back-up Davin Meggett did a great job in relief however, carrying 22 times 112 yards. Jamarr Robinson finished 9-14 132 yards 1 TD 1 Int.
for Clemson, Jamie Harper had 17 carries 96 yards, Kyle PArker 14-26 153 yards 1 TD 2 Ints 12 carries -8 yards(sacked 6 times)
Sweet now we have 3 acc, 3 big ten teams, and 2 sec. I do think we need to reach out and try and find new members for next season.
That's right, Michigan just smacked down #14 Iowa. :)
I weathered 5 turnovers to beat Duke 38-28. Senior HB Damien Berry in his first start for the injured starter....and all he does is run for 352 yards.
The 80-yd TD run by Berry that started off the fun.

I'll get my game played tomorrow sometime and then we'll be ready to rock with the week advance.
Won 42-9 today against Wake Forest. Scoreless first quarter, then they scored the first nine points of the game in the 2nd. I answered with 21 in the same qtr and pulled away for the win.
At last look, I think Anton had his recruiting to do and that was it.
Yeah I fell asleep early last night so I didn't get it advanced, will do so first thing tonight after I get home from work.
Advanced to week 8!
I will advance late Monday night.
Maryland gets a big 31-7 win @Boston College. Turnovers was the big reason for Maryland's win, as their defense forced 3 fumbles and picked off 1 pass. Da Rel Scott had 20 carries for 73 yards and a TD. Jamarr Robinson went 14-25 190 yards 2 TDs 1 Int, 2 carries 71 yards 1 TD. Torrey Smith has 8 catches 114 yards 2 TD. on defense, Derek Drummond had 10 solo tackles, 3 sacks, and 1 FF. Alex Wujciak had 9 tackles.
VT defeats Duke 38-3. The Hokies jumped out to a 21-0 first quarter lead and never looked back. Aided by four Duke turnovers and a balanced rushing attack, the Hokies won their sixth straight game following a season-opening loss at Boise State.
Northwestern downs Michigan State in Big Ten action 29-17, to improve to 5-2 overall and 2-1 in conference. Northwestern was led by tailback Arby Fields who had 93 yards 2 touchdowns and 2 receptions for 12 yards on the day. The game was a slugfest as both defenses proved they could play hard nosed football. Michigan State appeared to have the game in hand when a fake field goal paid of for them with a touchdown but Northwestern came storming back to close the game out in the fourth quarter. Dan Persa had a decent game throwing for 251 for the Cats but threw two costly interceptions, Persa's favprite target on the day was TE Drake Dunsmore who had eight catches for 143 yards and a score. State was paced by Kirk Cousins who shredded the Cats secondary for 231 yards and a score.
Northwestern travels to Indiana this week in hope of staying one game back of the Big Ten conference lead.
We will advance late tonight.
I will be advancing shortly.
Maryland becomes Bowl eligible at 6-1(4-0) after a narrow 17-13 win over Wake Forest. Da Rel Scott back on track with 22 carries for 143 yards 1 TD. WR Torrey Smith was player of the game though, with 8 catches 126 yards 1 TD.
both teams struggled to get a consistent drive going. Wake Forest ended with 124 rush yards, 143 pass, Maryland ended with 128 rush yards(-20 sack yardage), 218 pass yards.
A lot of recruits came to this game. I hope they enjoyed it.
Since I wont' be around much on Friday night, I will advance whenever I wake up Saturday.
That was one EPIC game between Solidice (Maryland) and myself (Miami). Miami took it 33-30 in 2OT. ESPN Classic score in the 1060 range (ranks first on my 360 console so far). Was down most of the game but was able to outscore Maryland 23-13 in the 4th quarter and OT's combined. Great game man....very entertaining and hard fought, can't wait for the next one.
Late Tuesday night I will advance.
yeah, that was a fun game, I think it was 3rd or 4th ESPN Classic for me.
I didn't think I would have a chance in the game, but I never turned it over which helped me a lot. :D
lost Da Rel Scott pretty early, although he was struggling at the time anyway. Davin Meggett had a great game in relief, 17 carries 100 yards and a TD. it was mostly a defensive game, with a few huge plays. that missed FG came back to kill me though. :(
I had a few huge 3rd down conversion that kept me in the game, one was a 3rd and 13 and played it safe with a draw, and barely got the 1st down somehow.
Northwestern downs Penn State in Big Ten action on a last second field goal 31-29 to improve to 7-2 on the year. Neither teams defense could stop the other team on a consistent basis on a game that went down to the wire. The story of the game was star wide out Sidney Stewart who in an attempt to become more involved in the Cats offense was moved to the slot on several formations, and it paid off as he had 9 catches for 224 yards and two touchdowns. While the Cats may have won the game they may have lost the war as quarterback Dan Persa was knocked out of the game and perhaps the rest of the season with a collarbone injury that will keep him sidelined for at least 6 weeks. Back up Evan Watkins did shine bright though in replacing Persa throwing for 251 yards and a touchdown.
The Cats now sitting in 2nd place in the Big Ten welcome a struggling Iowa team to Ryan field next week in an attempt to catch front running Ohio State.
Good win, Hawkfan.
Have to admit it is kind of frustrating to lose sim games because the owners never bothered to try to set up human game times. At least smacking the CPU would have made up for it easily enough. :)
Oh well, anyway.
How is recruiting going for people?
Thanks Austin, that game was a lot of fun but it would have been more fun against another human controlled team. Can't wait for next season to play at least three user vs user games.
Recruiting is going well for the Cats as we have signed 6 guys so far. I will post more about them later.
Week has been advanced! Six games vs. CPU and a bye week. Will advance late Friday night.
Will advance sometime tonight before I go to bed. It'll be pretty late.
Forgot to do it tonight, will do it tomorrow before I leave town.
Is it working for you? My personal OD won't upload.
I'm able to access it....unfortunately I have to head out of town, CDJ is out of town also, and I messaged Romo...I will have to play tomorrow cuz I'm going to a wedding. Will advance it sometime in the afternoon tomorrow.
