Reason #1 of many why I hate the fucking Lakers and hope their entire franchise implodes forever. Bunch of goddamn jokes.

Wow. I'm speechless... I knew it was bad, but THAT bad? Damn....

By all accounts, Shaquille O'Neal's jersey retirement ceremony Tuesday evening was a smashing success. Except, that is, for one thing. When his jersey was raised to the Staples Center rafters with the rest of the Los Angeles Lakers legends, his name and number were printed on the front of the jersey, not the back.

:smh:
Wow. How in the holy hell did Denver beat San Antonio 96-86 last night? Watching the replay on ESPN2, San Antonio is right now leading 12-0 with 8:34 left in the first quarter, the Nuggets unable to do a damn thing.
Edit - Make that 14-0 through 6:45 in the first quarter before Denver finally scored.
TNT's coverage of the game tonight will be interesting. They are going to roll with three color commentary guys (Kerr, Webber, Miller) and no play-by-play guy. Kind of an interesting experiment.
Kobe got injured tonight, word is it's likely a torn Achilles tendon, ending his season. And with that, kiss goodbye any chance for the Lakers to get out of the first round, if they don't blow it right here at the end and let the Jazz slip past them first.
:( I just saw the news about Kobe. And that my friends is why when things are going bad, you never say what else can go wrong? I now wonder if Howard has the balls to leave LA knowing Kobe will be out the first three or four months of next season.
Actually looking forward to this year's NBA Draft. Lots of good names out there this year.
made it...for 4 or 5 games...
Nah. I think it'll be a 6 game series. The Spurs are beat to hell and, most likely, the Lakers will pull off two wins at home before the end of the series. The Spurs definitely didn't want to face them, I can tell ya that.
I think the most interesting thing will be to see what Harden tries to do to his old team. That's gonna be damn interesting.
I'd LOVE to see Boston take the Knicks to the woodshed. I fully expect Paul Pierce to have a ridiculously strong series and see Melo fade from the spotlight underneath Pierce's defense.
NBA owners vote against moving the Sacramento Kings to Seattle...why, I dunno.
:fp: I swear the NBA is run by a bunch of dumbshits.
Because they hate the fans, and know that moving to Seattle would give the Kings new life. The Sonics weren't doing bad when they moved to OKC.
What a collapse by the Clippers. Took a 2-0 series lead, only to lose three straight to Memphis, by 12, 11 and 10 points.
Today brings up the Knicks and Thunder trying a second time to close out their series, while the Hawks and Pacers duel it out to see who gets a 3-2 series lead.
Meh, Mark Jackson can shove it up his ass. Denver players have been getting mugged all series, and the Warriors were none to shy about "sending Hitmen" at opposing players during games in the regular season. Him and the Warriors can dish it out, but not take it apparently. Well they can shove it. Denver's not sitting back and just taking it anymore. If Golden State wants that fourth win, they're gonna have to fight for it.
Just saying. :D
The way they presented his quotes in the story on ESPN, it sounded like nothing more than sour grapes and sore loser bitching after Denver pretty much led most of the game and ended up winning by 7. Would Mark Jackson have said any of that had Golden State won tonight? I honestly doubt it.
I've said a few times in the playoffs that Golden State is done, but they kept coming back. I don't think they can recover from that blown lead to the Spurs. 16 point lead, 4 minutes left, playoff teams were 392-0. Now 392-1.
Keep it classy, Miami :D

Im pretty sure she started liking the Heat in 2010.
Heard that lady is a season ticket holder and fairly rich due.
Didn't someone from Boston dump a beer on Lebron after they loss?
And wasn't it Chicago fans who cheered when they thought Lebron was hurt earlier this year in a game?
...yeah people take sports way too serious
Same could be said about ALOT of grown adults who act similar at sporting events. She's not the first and won't be the last
Haha I'd like to know the other player's assist numbers.
After Chandler made his comments, Carmelo said he was going to come out and be more aggressive the next game...like dude your averaging 25 shots a game how much more aggressive can you be
Dwayne Wade went to prom. Hope he got some.
