However, after researching Fort Riley Day, they do use a Civil War era cannon as well as howitzers (and "two High Mobility Mounted Wheeled Vehicles"). Sounds like it's only one game out of the year though so I'm sure EA probably wouldn't be able to program that specially for them.

I know that's hardly definitive in terms of there not being a cannon whatsoever, but it does answer the question as to what is done on a score.

There is a long barrel modern military style cannon just outside the stadium by the main entrances. There are two actually, and I believe they were taken off an aircraft carrier. They fire after every touchdown although I am not sure if it is just one or both.
