It's fairly easy.
To post a link to a website, there are one of two ways to do it:
1. get the url (www.msnsports.net for example) and then put [ url ]www.msnsports.net[ /url ] (without the spaces between the [ or ] and url) - giving you this www.msnsports.net
2. using the same url but want to have words different from what the url is you can do this instead [ url = www.msnsports.net ]WVU Football[ /url ] - giving you this: WVU Football
Now, for a picture, it's really easy:
[ img ]http://www.wvmetronews.com/images/UniformPic4.jpg[ /img]
To give you this:
http://www.wvmetronews.com/images/UniformPic4.jpg
Now, for a video, like a youtube video, it's just as easy:
[ video ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcNBUbQfP6Y&feature=player_detailpage#t=23 8s[ /video ]
Give you this:
