So......close games are proof that things are staged? Does that mean blowouts are proof that things are not?
Nope. When games are a blowout, it's proof they're staged. When games are close it's because they're staged. When games are played, it's because they're staged.
That record 222-0 win by Georgia Tech over Cumberland College back in 1916? Staged.
That Taco Bell induced dump I just took? Totally staged.
End of game/ beginning of overtime, same difference. I assumed that when I already saw Denver score it would be overtime but they made it look dumber than That even.
Lol at you trying to fight how unrealistic and overblown these endings constantly are. More games are close in the last 2 minutes in an entire season than naturally should be.43% of games were decided by one score last year.Thats not possible if the games played out naturally. This game and the Giants game already with the unrealistic drama and you buy it hook, line and sinker every damn time.
Manning with another come from behind win on national telecast on everyone's favorite show, NFL football ((yaaawwwnn. Same crap over and over and over.
If these games were real, the Giants and Chiefs wouldn't choke these games away in the laughable manor that's played out on tv.
Apparently, you like to make numbers up. 38.6% of games were decided by 7 points or less last season and only 19.5% were by 3 points or less. Those numbers are inflated by garbage time scores that make the final look closer than reality.
And guess what? Playoff games are worse than the mean and largely uncompelling. Not to mention that the prime time games were largely shit last year.
Ass clown.
He must be running for office and he's practicing making up statistics.
[[On the bright side Ohio St is struggling with Northern Illinois. Go Huskies!]]
Ohio state will win of course. That's just to screw with the over/under and point spread

Deep pass and a targeting call with an ejection to boot. Miami is just giving it away.]]
Ya don't say? Another unbelievable, too good to be true comeback? Wowzers! Televised sports is just so lucky.
Really? You have a thread for this stuff. Use it.
Suggestion. Every time Ram shits up the college or pro football threads with his insanity, he gets a two week break from TGT. At some point he needs to be reeled in.
If my views are so bizarre why is it I'm in the top 2 or 4 guys here at picking winners and losers in pools?
You shouldn't take it personal and there's nothing wrong with the fact that I treat sports as entertainment and you treat it like a natural occurrence. It's just sports spectating,it's not important. Just a fun distraction and a reason to hang out with friends.
Just like pro wrestling but a lot cooler to look at lol
.....because of helmets and socks and stuff!

We just know, unlike professional wrestling, that the outcomes are not predetermined.
ram is too fucking stupid to watch wrestling and sports and notice any difference.
Yeah, the Irish have never lost on NBC. Never.
WHEN a team is starting a new QB and the point spread is still 1.5 against a team scoring 70 points before your spidy senses should be tingling.
God damn you're dumb and desperate. Georgia Tech was favored and their mighty 70 points came against no one.Quote:

EDIT: Weird that the script called for 2 TDs by GT in the final minute when it did not affect the spread or the total.
Oh look, another fantastic finish nationally televised night game! How lucky can the network be? How lucky can Alabama be?
Gotta make sure they keep watching!
alas, 84% of the money line was on Alabama ...but the outcome of the game was pure coincidence I suppose .... ? I doubt it.
Okay, that was worth bringing out this oldie! :D

Yep, the Rams battled the SB runner up and won last week but,all the sudden can't find their shoes or tie them against washington? What a load of malarkey lol
And the Pats have 2 offensive linemen with no experience but can still score points again st the Bills angry, hungry, well coached defense lol
How are you supposed to believe the Bucs were 9 point favorites with a QB who can't read the side of a cereal box in the first place?
Oops lol, I read that spread wrong. But of of course your childish minds will need to knit pick about it as though it proves something in your favor.....
So, what do you guys think this upcoming winter is going to be like? Steeler, you're probably largely in good shape down in Houston, other than the occasional cold snaps and maybe some ice. I'm hoping we don't get a repeat of last year with entire weeks spent at subzero temperatures on top of two feet of snow.
Yes,of course it's totally believable that the Bills score 19 unanswered points in the 4th qtr and are there for a possible last minute win.
Just like the Giants were in a last minute opportunity for the second week in a row.
Don't you wish your life was as constantly exciting?!
No one's is
lol the funny thing is I got the Tampa Bay game right in spread picks
I'll have to see that so called Romo injury Lolol.
Even with 2 losses the Giants are being given a perfect gift.
I once got injured in football. Thank god it was all fixed and scripted. Having to deal with a broken arm for a month or two would have been major pain in the ass!
I can agree completely with you there! I don't do heat. Anything above 80 is warm for me. 85+ and I'm sweating regardless of humidity. So I definitely prefer fall, winter and spring over summer.
But on the flip side, entire weeks of subzero temps is ridiculous. Waking up in the morning with lows near -30, days with the highs not even getting above 0. We went something like 3 or 4 days in a row last winter of 0 or below, day and night, never saw a positive temperature. They may have that crap nonstop up in Canada and the arctic, but NW Ohio ain't Canada or the bloody arctic! Give me our usual 10-40 degrees in the winter and I'll be happy.
Notice Sherman blatant disregard of common sense just blatantly helping the Packers get down field at the end of first half. It doesn't matter if the Packers score or not. They are purposely setting up the potential drama near the end zone.
Yawn...
