Not bad. I'm a $50 for mine and that's a discount due to bundling it with tv and phone. Up here, at least in the west, we have a big three monopoly and it's total collusion to keep prices high (Rogers, Shaw,Telus).

Yeah, mine is discounted because I have TV and cell phone service with them. I think $84 US is about $110 Canadian so it may be high, idk.
What I do know is that I shouldn't have any issues with speed anymore. Also, when my daughter is here we have 11 connected devices so hopefully this will keep any of them from having problems, lol.
I get an advertised 100, but haven't seen it since the first day it was turned on :D
I don't need high Internet speeds. I don't stream TV or play online. I just have a 15/2 service for $40 Canadian a month. The price is right!
I have 25/2 and both stream games and video and it's fine. Would like more though, but Time Warner only goes up to 30 in our area I think. Maybe 50 now?
Share Play is ridiculous. You need 15 just to be considered terrible. For the most part I don't think anyone notices a difference between 15 and 50. You can stream HD well either way.
I have practically never been able to do anything at the same time as playing NCAA, no matter what that other Internet using function is. I've always blamed EA's network code. But the rest of you have experience playing other console multi-player games; I don't.
I had been using DSL and only 6/.5 and my son had no issues playing Destiny. I'm guessing it was the code.
We had cable here, cable + high speed internet up to 50mb. We were paying $175/month, it had a bunch of channels all sorts of college football channels, but when football isn't on we don't watch much at all.
Ditched the cable, kept the high speed internet and pay $60/month. With nothing else causing interference the internet is super fast now.
We bought Hulu + for $8/month and will probably get Sling Box in the fall so we can get ESPN and the SEC network. I think it's $20/month, that would make it $88/month which is MUCH MUCH better than $175.
We have an antenna now and get 15 HD channels including CBS, FOX, NBC, ABC, PBS and then 10 others. I figure that will get us for the most part on NCAA games and NFL.
Cable costs WAY TOO much if you ask me.
gigem, just so you don't make a mistake ... Sling (Internet based TV service) is a totally different thing than a Slingbox. Figure you know that, but thought I'd mention just in case.
I'll basically be in the same boat as you come fall. Have Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime right now, will be adding Sling. Yeah, it's costing more than I would have liked, but a DVR isn't free anyway, so I figure Hulu is offsetting that cost even if I had cable. And it's still altogether cheaper than even the best HD offer from the cable company.
If anyone wants a 2TB HDD for their PS4, I will have one for sale shortly.
I so hate the Summer drought. Playing Far Cry 4 and Dying light again to catch up on all the DLC I missed, even though I have both Season passes on day one. Next non-sports game I have in my wish list is the Uncharted remaster which I hope can keep me busy until Fallout 4 and Just Cause 3 hit.
I'm definitely getting this!
GAMESCOM 2015: MEGA MAN LEGACY COLLECTION RELEASE DATES ANNOUNCED

Yeah I'd prefer it to be the entire collection but $15 for 1-6 isn't too bad.
This game came out either last week or this week. Once the price goes down I will probably get it because it's basically a clone of Yoshi and Donkey Kong Country games.

Should know by late tonight or tomorrow how well the Nyko Data bank with this HDD works....

I've never heard of the Technomancer.

Sony recently revealed a companion accessory for the PlayStation 4 console at a media event. We got a chance to get our hands on their upcoming mobile projector, which ran a demo of the PlayStation 4 exclusive game, Until Dawn.
Here are the key features that caught our attention:
- Laser Technology.
- Auto Focus & Free Focus modes.
- Can project up to 120 inch screen size.
- 1920 x 720 resolution.
- HDMI/MHL connection.
- There is a tiny internal speaker to output audio, but most of us will plugging in a headset or external speakers to the stereo earphone jack.
- The form factor of the device is really small. About the size of two Sony Xperia phones stacked together!
Details are scarce at the moment, but it looks to be launching in October 2015.

Tiny device, but probably giant price.
That's pretty cool for those who travel with their PS4 a lot.
neat little feature - of course price dependent
The Nyko Power Bank and the 4TB HDD work great, the PS4 backup and restore didn't work right as I couldn't access most of the games and had to delete and reinstall. Oh well. Small inconvenience.
It's going to cost $350 and it requires a very dark room for use. I'm not up on projectors, but I think you could probably get a better one for cheaper.
Fuck that! :D
I'm not paying the price of an entire new console for a bloody projector.
Yea, pass.
As for the Data Bank, I am having trouble with putting it in Rest Mode. I thought I read at 4TB it worked fine. I'll see if an update later on works better with it.
Yep that price is way too high.
Actually that isn't that bad of a price.
It is in line with the pocket sized/mobile pricing for other brands. And cheaper than the regular sized projectors of course but lacking their specs.
If you are in need of one for gaming and business related purposes not bad. Otherwise I'd just buy a TV as I wouldn't use it for anything but gaming.
