I hate the person who came up with in-game pre-order incentives. I really hate Square Enix even more for having three freaking stages of them.

Has there ever been a better value for a $60 game?Quote:

Rockstar Games confirmed the collection launches in North America on November 6, 2012 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 for $59.99. Below is a description for each game and what's included.
Red Dead Redemption – Winner of over 170 Game of the Year awards, Red Dead Redemption brings the dying West to life with a vibrant open-world, powerful story, and intense single- and multiplayer action.
Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City – The explosive conclusion to the highest-rated game of all time*, Grand Theft Auto IV, featuring two complete games on one disc: The Lost and Damned & The Ballad of *** Tony.
L.A. Noire – The revolutionary crime thriller featuring MotionScan, a breakthrough technology that captures every nuance of a real actor’s facial performance, providing a level of realism, detail and emotion never before seen in a video game. Featuring brand new gameplay and a dark, hard-boiled detective story, L.A. Noire became the first ever video game to be recognized by the Tribeca Film Festival.
Midnight Club: Los Angeles Complete Edition – One of the highest-reviewed racing titles of this generation, featuring deeply customizable real world cars, non-stop open world street racing and intense multiplayer action. The Complete Edition also includes every downloadable real world vehicle and city section released since launch.
^^^^^^ Damn. Not my type of collection, but very nice for $60!
I think we've seen this before, but I came across it again tonight, I love it.

Because for console gamers it was new stuff.
Those games from Rockstar have GOTY versions that have been out over a year or more. Plus it includes that turd LA Noire which actually decreases the value of the package. Also no mention if RDR is including DLC.
How many discs would the 360 version be? LA Noire was 3, GTA + Liberty cities is 2, have no idea about Midnight club but at least one, same for RDR unless it does have the DLC the probably 2 like the GOTY version. I am assuming the 360 version comes with the suitcase you would needs to carry all those discs home? ;)
Might get this on 360 to replay them. Except I haven't played Midnight Club: Los Angeles though.Quote:

Already own everything except Midnight Club. Never played it, never really interested me much.
360 version was fine when I played it.
EA being lazy on Fifa 13 on Vita and Wii.

I need to seek help. I have just completely ignored everything in my gaming library but Rock Band Blitz. I am now over 450 songs.

US Ps3 owners finally get a crack at Deadly Premonition, those who did not import it from Japan. It was released on the 360 in the US and has caused quite the controversey being one of those really bad games people love.
Also has Move support.
For those not familiar here is the most famous scene from the game.

Awesome! Deadly Premonition is a ridiculous game, but it's so god damn wacky, it's just fun. Combat is a chore though.
Driving was too. Have to admit I never finished it, the damn whistling and last gen graphics drove me nuts.

Buy 2 used collectables, get one free.
Stop crying kid, just because it was opened and taken home and played with does not mean it is used.
More Stickers on everything, because kids love stickers.
X-Box Mini? MS thinking of using Surface as a 7inch gaming tablet
http://www.theverge.com/2012/11/6/36...-tablet-7-inch
Yeah OBVIOUSLY it doesn't make much sense at that price. My guess would be that the price would be lower than a full blown Surface perhaps at like a $299 price point. Either that or MS THINKS they can convince gamers to pony up $500 for a semi portable gaming console.
Achievements on the go? I'm in.
Seriously though, if it has games I want and you can pair your 360 controller to it, I'll definitely buy it. I currently have a Vita, but that little bastard hurts my hands just to hold it. The only way I'll ever REALLY get into portable/tablet gaming is if I can use a legit controller with it.
Wish more people had Zen Pinball 2 on PS3. My leaderboards are bare. Best part of the game is trying to compete against your friends' scores.

I'm going to post this in several different places so that anyone that could possibly want one will have a chance at it.
Arenanet (creator of Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2) is offering a Refer A Friend free trial for three people. The trial starts November 15th and lasts until midnight on the 18th. They'll be available to me to send out to people on the 12th (giving you plenty of time to download the client and everything).
I know most people here aren't too into MMOs, but this one is fuckin' fantastic (been pretty much all I've been playing for 2 months now) and, if you join, I'll create a new character and run around with ya and show ya the ropes. :)
If you want one, just let me know and I'll get you it when it becomes available to me on the 12th. There are only 3, so first come first serve (doubt I'll have to worry about that though).
Hope nobody wanted to play some online games on NBA 2K12. With no notice or warning whatsoever, 2K shut down the servers for NBA 2K12 on November 1st. One year since it's release, and no warning whatsoever given, and 2K12 already gets shut down. That's lower than even EA standards. I guess whatever it takes force your fans to buy the new roster update if they want to keep playing basketball online. :smh:
WOW that is cheaper even if you are basing by EA standards.
The 2k12 user manual stated that the servers would be shut down in November, 2012 .......
