Over my head, I used to deal with diesels for the most part. That said from what I have read and as Smooth mentioned, if you hearing a chirping sound your best bet is to replace that not so expensive part before you end up having to replace one not so cheap engine.Quote:

Yep. That was the exact thread and site I was reading too. :D I'm definitely not the Mr. Know It All when it comes to engines. I can do some stuff, but most I turn to my neighbor who is a mechanic. But yeah, if it's a chirping sound, it most likely is definitely not good.Quote:

I had an old drive in movie theater in the town I grew up about 10 minutes from my house. They showed movies a week after a the initial release and for much cheaper than the movie theater. We used to go all the time in the summer. Great hamburgers and Real Cherry Coke. :nod:
