Chip was never coming to SC. The school president made the call on the hire. And with Chips past problems with the NCAA, our president didn't want someone who would do anything suspicious.

I'm probably wrong on this one but I don't think there are as many schools beating down Chip Kelly's door as we may think. IMO he's a high risk hire for the NCAA or the NFL. His scheme style and attitude is going to be of concern for a lot of programmes.
If there is a perfect fit it's in Tennessee with Mariota.
Thank you, Rex!

Dolphins played one of their best games today. Nothing surprises me anymore. Beat the Patriots who needed a win to lock up home field. Pats only threw 5 or 6 times in the first half. I know Miami has a bad run defence but they also have a bad pass defence and they have Brady. Gronk barely did anything.
I think Brady is 6-8 at Miami now.
I like how they said that Tom Coughlin stepped down and was't fired. The man did bring them two titles, so he deserves that.

I just read an article that the Steelers get $6 million a year just for their radio rights! Wow! That's a great NFL town unlike Miami which ranks dead last among nfl teams in local ratings. Also, ESPN pays twice as much for the NFL as NBC and yet NBC has the better schedule. Odd. Some interesting national media stuff in this Miami column.
