You may not audible "Up" or "Down" on offense or defense. Audibles to match what your opponent has on the field are acceptable.
What is the audible "up" or "down"?

down stick for run is banned, up stick for pass is ok though i think (only 3rd and longs and other times sparingly?)

I'm glad they toned things down this year on the defensive side of things. I really only use the pass commit on 3rd and 8 or more and then when I know a team is trying to make a comeback against me and is tossing the rock around.
