Of course time is relative. Time isn't even a quantitative thing. Time is perceived and without someone to perceive it, time wouldn't exist. What can you use to prove that time exists? There's no quantitative way to PROVE that time exists. Aging isn't proof that time exists because you don't notice that aging happens unless you actively watch it happening, thus forcing time to exist by way of you noticing that time is happening.
Simply put, without something noticing that time is happening, time wouldn't happen to that object.
