thats nothing new, thats how it works now anyway, all positions are started too early thanks to massive free agency in part. Aron Rodgers is one of the few who came up the way they made most players come up in the 60s and 70s. You developed your skills for a couple years on a team and took your spot when you were developed/ready..while guys are now, possibly, bigger,stronger,faster.
