I have this problem as well. If I grab a c rated team don't take bama. I would rather play with even teams and have a good time online. If i lose oh well it's not the end of the world.

Lets play a game today with some low rated teams add me on psn

now ive seen something else...a guy was being the usual jerk always passing, never punting so I let him know I was pissed and then blocked him.
Later on he pauses game and after that I couldn't pick plays and got penalized 3 times in a row and got booted for grieving.

There's multiple disconnect glitches like that. There's another one that just kicks your opponent right from the game without the delay of game. Most of these have been in the game for 2 or 3 years now, unfortunately.
