Pussy ass arbitrator for case regarding absolutely bullshit and totally unfounded cap penalties for Redskins and Cowboys threw out the case today and the Redskins and Cowboys are accepting that bullshit because, otherwise, their win could actually tear the CBA and thus the NFL apart. FUCK YOU ROGER GOODELL and especially FUCK YOU MARA ASSHOLES. I hope you all rot in a special kind of hell.

I'm surprised the NFL got away with that and I'm more surprised the players went along with it. That's a crapload of money the players won't be getting from the Cowboys and Redskins next year. I guess "uncapped" year isn't really an uncapped year. This stinks of collusion.

On the surface it looks like the rich trying to abuse the system, but Mara's involvement in blowing the whistle is VERY suspect considering it's two division rivals. Also, at the same time the league had to approve these restructures knowing that they were abusing the system to gain an advantage in later years. Didn't everyone expect the rich owners to abuse the system if it went to an uncapped year? Of course they abused the system but they didn't break any rules while doing it. The truth is some of the cheap owners went way under the old salary cap floor in the uncapped year. Why was that OK but not a rich owner from dumping cap charges in an uncapped year? This was always the fear of the uncapped year but instead it became an unofficially capped year. It's completely bogus imo and I don't care about the Cowboys and Redskins (don't like Snyder).Quote:
