You're getting some really good kickers if that's the case because my kickers usually don't have any leg at all.

Oh, I lower accuracy and power to like 10 and 15 and I've seen good results. When I have a terrible kicker, it's a chore to go 50% on the season and somewhere in the 40-42 yard range is the threshold without wind. I like it that way.

No matter what kicking method they've used over the years, I've gotten to the point of "automatic" within a single title. Even when it was Golf-like.

Play action works a LOT better this year. Well, last year it didn't work AT ALL :D

Every once in awhile I forget and run a play action in 11, even though I know it's broken. I absolutely love play action and am looking forward to seeing it again in 12. Another thing I would like to see in 12 is cpu team kickers making extra points...

kicking is a side note, no reason to make it harder. Sure, dont make it completely easy, but I dont want to have to learn a whole new game within a game.

for all you guys that say its easy, maybe you practiced for an hour and I didnt because sometimes the physics made no sense in relation to the arrow direction, I never thought it easy.

and punting made no sense either, you point the arrow far right and he still kiocks it down the middle ?
I find that to be a wrong in my opinion.

I've had good success with play actions compared to what it used to be lately. Not sure why that is. But yeah it is broke.

Yeah timing the snap is key. Sometimes I don't do so well and other times I am very successful. I have blocked 2 kicks in 1 game I think maybe twice if I recall. If I have a burner on the edge it REALLY helps a lot more too.

You realize that you have to move the stick in the direction you're aiming, not just up and down, right?

to be honest, i think I did know that because I could angle short pooch punts but maybe the angle still has to be extreme on long ones. when you dont play for a while ,you lose details.

Let's be honest. The real reason play action was toned down last year was because Ian Cummings used to spam the PA FB play and dump it off for cheap yards every time. The other devs got tired of him running that same play over and over so they removed the effectiveness for it when he wasn't looking!

hey got a quick question that i had hoped they fixed... can we still NOT motion anyone on Auto-Motion plays? that is annoying to me... as long as out motion is set before the Auto-Motion is triggered then all is well in the football world...

Oh and along the same line, is it possible to flip an auto-motion play. I don't mean the entire formation shifts around, only the run and blocking direction.

Exactly! The studs just throw darts almost with ease. Man do I miss Marino what a quick release and pin point accuracy to boot.

Well if you mean the typical HS QB then the answer is mostly yes, but I would venture to believe the cannon arm QB's like Elway, Marino, Favre, etc.. were throwing darts even back in HS. I played QB and had a Warren Moon type delivery and arm strength so it wasn't very hard to throw the ball 40 yards on a rope for me back in school.
