its been 3 minutes :D......
simulated the game.... (won by the way! LOL) and it appears to have saved the score and stuff to the server. went ahead after that and tried to add a player to my recruiting list and got the ERROR. so does that answer your question?
also, it DOES allow me to "SET READY TO ADVANCE" which seems to be something that would have to be uploaded to the server as well... so hell if I know what is going on...
attempted a FORMATION SUB and I get FAILED as well

FWIW you seem to have turned into the very poster that you detested a couple of months back. The morsdraconis of July would have told the morsdraconis of September and October to take a hike and go back to the other forum and bitch about the game because its obvious that you don't like it and this is a forum for people who want to talk and play NCAA game. Just thought you might want to know this...

Yeah... I've given him just about every troubleshooting step I could possibly think of. As well, he's able to load his buddy's gamertag and save results just fine. It's something to do with his specific user profile on NCAA's OD servers.
Keyser, I've emailed the dev the latest information. I'll let you know what I hear back. All that said though, now that we've gone through all of the steps we have, I feel fairly confident that your Transfer Failed error is not the same type of error that the developers were/are working 24 hours a day on. I'm assuming that you have a corrupt profile or something like that that's specific to you (who knows, maybe a small number of users) and unless we were to contact them directly about your profile, it might not have ever been fixed (this is 100% assumption on my part). That said, I was expecting something like this might be the case and that the "tier 3" support might have been able to do the same research that you & I have done and been able to create a support ticket that would actually fix it (without having to get the devs involved).
do you want me to post my support ticket here from when I called? supposedly there is someone working on it at the tier 3 level now.... you can pass that ticket information on then if you want. it was a pretty lengthy phone call that i had to wait on hold for nearly 20 minutes to begin with before starting.
