No, but a lot of them are. Many of those are people who would prioritize spending money on drugs instead of food. You want to cut a lot of the problem do mandatory drug testing for anyone on a government program. Fail the drug test and lose the benefits.Quote:

Skip, I agree with you that some folks need help. I however do not believe it is the role of government to take by force from one and give to another. Charity is not charity if it is forced.
