Wife and I took our son to see Despicable Me 2. His first time at the movie theater, he's 2. Was a little hesitant at first because they were playing the previews at Megadeth volume levels, along with it being dark so he wasn't use to that.
Anyway enjoyed the movie
Oh and I just seen Dark Knight Rises for first time this Saturday lol
:D, I heard DM2 was good.
He has wanted to see it since seeing the trailer with one of the minions yelling "bee-do bee-do" :D
Actually calls the movie "bee-do" haha. We watched the 1st one a few days ago and he was expecting for them to do it in that movie so we just went with it.
Acting is one thing. Changing a character completely by having a famous actor play the Indian and still saying the same things as if he was Indian without any hint at trying to sound Indian, look Indian, or anything is not acting. It's Disney being a piece of shit.
Despicable Me 2 trounces Lone Ranger by nearly 3 to 1 in the Box Office over the fourth of July if I remember correctly. Every review I have seen has universally blasted the shit out of it. Needless to say, odds are it blows donkey balls. Definitely on my list of never going to watch/no interest to ever watch.
So Pacific Rim is getting great reviews. I'm excited to see it
Sharknado had 5000 tweets per minute during it's premiere last night :D
Even though it contains Ben Affleck and Justin Timberlake, I want to see this movie.

According to the Canadian Press there will be a sequel to Sharknado... this time it will be in NY...:D:fp:
Breaking: Warner Bros. Will Follow Up 'Man of Steel' With A Superman & Batman Movie For 2015
This is unexpected news. Warner Bros.' Comic-Con panel isn't until later today, but apparently some major news is about to be announced. The L.A. Times' Hero Complex blog is reporting that the studio has decided what their follow-up film to "Man Of Steel" is going to be, and not it's not a Superman sequel or a "Justice League" film. According to the newspaper's blog, WB intends to announce a film that features Superman and Batman together; a team-up movie as it were. A 2015 release is being eyed.
"Man Of Steel" director Zack Snyder is expected to reunite with his writer David S. Goyer, who also co-wrote many of "The Dark Knight" movies with Christopher Nolan (though in some cases he only received a "story by" credit). Henry Cavill, signed on for the franchise, is expected to return as Superman, but don't expect Christian Bale to return as Batman as he has stated several times over now. Nolan's involvement is said to be unclear at this time.
More news when it arrives, presumably in a few hours.
It better be good and I'm sure it will be 3 hours long as it should be that long ha. I wonder how the story line is gonna for this movie leading up to more to the justice league movie. Will be fun following the make of this movie.
But on side note here is a closer moving coming out that looks like a ton of fun to go see.
Kick Ass 2 trailer

I'm sure it won't be a mega star who will be the next Bruce Wayne / Batman, but I'm kinda wondering how Hugh Jackman or Tom Cruise would look in the role. Even though Cruise is a whackjob with Scientology, he's still a great actor. John Hamm would be interesting, but not sure if he could pull off the action role. Another interesting choice would be Ryan Gossling. Bruce is an aloof character, and Ryan pulled that off well in Drive.
I think Josh Brolin would be an excellent Bruce Wayne/Batman.
Tom Cruise :fp: just no.
I bet it will be Joseph Gordon-Levitt. They pretty much set it up at the end of The Dark Knight Rises.
He's gonna play as Robin
Hangover rip off with Freeman, Deniro, Kline and Douglas... not real sure what to think. The trailer is bad but sometimes that is good

The new Simon Pegg movie looks hilarious.

Sharknado is heading to the big screen! In 200 select theatres.
Ian Ziering and Tara Reid got $50k each for their roles.
Also, the 3rd replay of Sharknado on Syfy brought in 2M viewers.
:smh:
I swear to fuckin' christ. The movie isn't funny or anything. It's BAD and not a B movie cult classic kind of bad. It's just BAD.
:smh:
Bruce Willis is out of Expendables 3. Must not get along with Stallone. He's going to be replaced with Harrison Ford.
Wow. A day?! Good lord. Willis is so god damn full of himself.
