Nope but I would definitely joint a TGT (or another site's Tour).

So what's stopping y'all from starting one now?
Developer HB Studios keeps adding to The Golf Club, and this time it's including a multi-year Season mode as part of a Collector's Edition.
Maximum Games is putting out the Collector's Edition on April 28 for $39.99, which is the first boxed version of the already-released PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One title. The Collector's Edition also includes all of the game's free updates to date, and for a period of a few weeks, will be gamers' only chance to play the new seasons mode. After the exclusivity window, the mode will be available as paid DLC. Producer Anthony Kyne told us he expects the DLC to cost around $10.
Season mode allows you to move up the ranks through five different tours of tournaments, from a relatively short local season through the amateur, pro am, pro, and elite ranks. Along the way you'll play against 48 A.I. players – some of whom will progress and continue to challenge you as you move from tier to tier.
The Season mode contains HB Studios-made courses, and Kyne told us that the developer hopes to make improvements to the mode over time for free. He said one feature currently being discussed is for users to be able to create and share their own seasons.
The Collector's Edition also includes a collectible e-book. Details about its contents are scarce at the moment, but it will contain a look at the sport from industry experts. More info on the e-book will come as the game's release date nears.

You'd think they give the early digital adopters a bone with a free update for career mode.
Like EA does? Seriously they have updated and supported this product since launch for free. They listened to the community like no other and stated from the start that they would add modes in the form of dlc for pay. Only thing I find irritating is I should be able to pay the $10 day 1. This sounds like I'll have to wait.
Did you type that at gunpoint? Honestly? Was there someone at Tiburon with a gun to your head to actually type that out? :fp:
How many free content updates/patches have we seen from the guys at HB Studios? I lost count but there is another one coming out in May, FOR FREE. Now how many free patches were given to the last Tiger Woods game? Free additions to the content?
Spoiler: show
About that free update in May.
We will then be releasing the May update for both Digital and Disk based customers. This will be a free update as usual, adding:
Drop Balls.
Out of Bounds.
Improved Commentary for Tours and Tournament.
More Commentary Variation.
Default Drive Loft Setting.
Cart Paths.
Wind improvements.
Rain Effects.
Plus more (Dependent on time).
Now head over to OS or the official TGC forums to see how many customers of this game are complaining about paying $10 for a season mode. Yeah, let me save you the time. There are less complaints about $10 for a season mode than there are patches to Tiger Woods 2014.
:drum:
I had a first, not sure if this is something they can update/change.
I hit my drive into the fairway bunker. My ball was next to the rake. I hit my sand shot and the ball slammed off the rake and shot backwards.
Seems like you should be able to move the rake.
My son thought it was pretty funny anyways.
Someone get me my popcorn!

Actually after the game gets patched you will have to reload the battleships each time to get them to fire
I don't think it is blind hate JB. You and I have been playing EA golf games and NCAA for years...........they have a track record of marketing hype (most games are enjoyable), issues with bugs or features not working, patches that either don't address issues or worse cause more, dangling future fixes and finally vanishing from their
forums because of "management". Terrible business model for the consumer.............to the point where I have stated I won't purchase anything else from them until this model changes. Now they obviously have a good model that works for them as a publisher but I don't have to play ball. My choice and my only choice as a consumer is to vote with my money and as bd stated there are many that feel this way.
Now, granted I won't purchase their products new, does this mean "hate"??? No, it means I want change before I do business with them again.
Perhaps you need to take a look in for who is blind as far as EA goes? Perhaps come up for air??
If I was blind towards EA, I wouldn't have bought this game early right?
No company is perfect. How many dozens of PS3 games had little post-game support with the PS4 on the horizon?
Blind hate based on the ridiculousness of his comments. EA had a gun to my head? Really? Oh, and they are still charging to have a career mode for those who already have the game. If Tiger did that in the past, he would have LOST HIS SHIT.
I do. The makers of Golf Club do not have a license for the PGA (or any other tour). They are adding a season mode for $10 (although that price hasn't been finalized). So..... when I buy the season DLC I'll be out $45 total plus all of the other FREE add ons they have added.
For me, I'm getting all the fun I can out of the golf game MINUS no officially licensed stuff for 25% less than EA would charge me for their golf game. The value proposition between Golf Club and TW/RM Golf isn't even close I'll gladly pay 25% less for a game that is every bit as good (if not better) representation of the game of golf and go without the PGA license.
I'm not aware of ANYTHING EA has of any value (in my eyes) over Golf Club other than the official license and they may be losing The Masters and EA usually makes me pay extra for about 1/2 of their courses every year.
However, I'll listen to what EA has to say about RM Golf but unless they really come up with something amazing I'll just stick with Golf Club and hope a little rivalry can develop between the two publishers so both games will get better due to competition. Which is something traditionally EA has not done well against if they cannot buy out the market.
