They were 1-4 before Tebow took over, now they are 5-5. You must really despise Tebow to make such a statement. The guy is a winner, he beat my Sooners, cost us a championship and I still like the guy. I know for most people it is because he is religious (and tends to let everyone know that but hey in Christianity you are asked to spread the word of God)... still the guy has a great track record and does good things for people with his time and money. Not a overly religious person myself but I can't see why people dislike him for that. Nobody is saying he's going to be a great NFL QB but he's winning and by all accounts a hard worker, great guy and great teammate. I don't understand how anyone can hate on a guy so much that keeps his nose clean, is a great teammate and gives 110% on everything he does. Those kinds of players should be appreciated, not crucified regardless of ability. I root for Tebow despite the fact I don't think he is a long term answer. He could develop but so far his release is too slow and his ability to read pass defences is very poor. I see no reason in your argument to hate Tebow the person. The fan craziness over him isn't in his control either. How many slash QBs coming in to the draft said if they failed at QB would be willing to move to other positions? While sitting the bench this year he said he would do whatever it takes to help the team and even filled in at WR one week.Quote:
