Think I might get Vice City.

Nice add!
Also:
Also joining the Instant Game Collection in May are Pinball Arcade on the PS3, which comes with the Tales of the Arabian Nights, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Black Hole, and Theater of Magic tables, as well as subterranean side-scroller Knytt Underground and enhanced fighter BlazBlue: Contiuum Shift Extend.
I love Pinball Arcade. Lots of the classic tables I've played as a kid on through today. I've gotten all the add-on tables so far...there are a ton out and more to come.
I keep telling myself every month I'm going to work through my backlog of PS+ games and it just doesn't happen. Hell I haven't finished either Infamous even yet. :smh: It's a great deal but other than my time as a Democrat for the past 4 months I just cannot keep up with all the free stuff. Hopefully, it continues like this on PS4 so I can always have a decent stash of games that I'll probably never get to.
Yeah this is something that needs to be cleared up re: PS4. Will my old PS3 games that I downloaded via PS+/PSN be able to even play on my PS4? I have my doubts given how they said they wouldn't (but perhaps that only applies to discs).
IF they can be played I would have ZERO reason to keep my old PS3. I'd likely convert the TB HDD back to just an external HDD. I'm hoping the PS4 HDD is exactly the same as the PS3 but I'm not holding my breath on that front either b/c if PS+ is the same on PS4 I'm going to need at least my 1 TB HDD.
Almost a guaranteed no.
A. It would require them to build the backwards compatibility into the system, even if it is for downloadable titles. It's a completely different architecture.
B. Definitely not, because then they wouldn't be able to charge you to for the ability to stream all those old games, which they almost certainly will.
Just picked up a new ps3 bundle from Target as the old 40gb keeps cutting off. This bundle came with a year subscription to ps+. My question is to have have to maintain a membership to access the games you dl?

Only one I'd be interested in is ACIII but $63 seems like allot for "everything" for a game that has been out a long time now.
Far Cry 3 might be worth a look there depending on the price. But at the same time, I'd rather get it for $15 on Gamefly and sell it back on eBay for about the same.
If you are a pinball junkie like I am, you'll love Pinball Arcade. You'll get four free tables, and the rest of the packs are $5 for two tables, some tables like Star Trek: TNG and Twilight Zone are $5 just for the one table. A bunch of great classic tables.
They're all gigantic rip offs that can be had for much cheaper with a physical copy/content that you want or a season pass. For example, Assassin's Creed 3 retail price is now $30 and the season pass is $30(and has gone on sale fairly regularly), so you can pay retail price with no sales and still get the whole package cheaper than that bundle. 65% savings my ass...maybe over the original retail price of $60.
On a side note, I almost bought Germinator last week totally forgetting it was coming to Plus. I wouldn't have been too happy with myself had I done so. :D
Yeah that was my hunch. That's the biggest problem with the PS Store right now. Even with my + "discount" its still cheaper to buy the game used or even brand new in physical form and then I could always sell it back and get a portion of my "investment" back. This has been the biggest reason why I don't spend much $ in the PS Store. I basically bought + and get all the free stuff and that's it.
Not to mention the HDD space it takes up (even though CLW has a 1TB HDD :D), I have to still watch it with my 320GB. I recently got the new Sly game cuz it was so cheap, and it runs at around 16GB, so I'm trying to beat Spec Ops and Just Cause 2 to clear some space, and now I have Sleeping Dogs to get through too. But those are good problems to have because Playstation Plus has just been so awesome.
Yep the 1TB HDD was the BEST thing I ever did for the PS3. I haven't checked "recently" but I think I was somewhere around 300GB or so used I'm prob closer to 400GB now but that's only 40% the way to even being worried. Lots of free PS+ games to just sit there waiting for me to play.
How in the world do you guys have that many games installed? Do you keep them on there after you beat them or do you just not play them? :D
I've purchased probably around 150-200 games via download and I have less than 20 installed, taking up less than 50GB. Once I beat them, they get deleted.
Think I'll definitely get Germinator. I think the Vita version is included too.
Even though I don't own a Vita I still download these bad boys just in case I decide to get a Vita later. I presume I can delete the file and then download it again later since it is in my download history?
Right.
But again, make 100% sure what you're clicking on when you get Germinator...there's about 3 different things. The Vita only version, which is currently free for PS Plus. The PS3 only version, which is currently $9.99 (but will be $5.99 for Plus members after the store updates today). Also, there's the Vita/PS3 bundle, which is currently $14.99 (and will be $5.99 for Plus members later today when the store updates).
