Has MSG been in the game prior? I wanted to think they were one of the stuck-ups that wanted too much money to be put in the game.

Yup, those like very nice. I wonder though how they will appear from ice level? Looking forward to seeing more detail in the near future.

I don't know about in hockey, but in NBA Live/NCAA Basketball, MSG was old enough that visually it was considered in the public domain, so the game could have it. However, they did not have the actual MSG name. I don't remember what they called it though.

However, IIRC the arena has had some major renovations in the last few years, so maybe MSG/EA decided it was time to allow/make the investment.

That is the Xcel Energy Center, but it's in St. Paul. Minnesota. :)

What's really cool about the Rogers Arena pic is the banner that says "We are all Canucks." That is some great attention to detail as that has been a major advertising feature up in these parts for the last few years.
