From the EA Forums:

Online Pass will be disabled until 6/10, due to maintenance on Sony servers. Do not discard your instruction manual as you’ll need it when Online Pass is enabled in order to access online features and your bonus golf club.

You will be able to access online features until the Online Pass is enabled. For all other Online Pass Questions, head over to: http://www.easports.com/onlinepass

I've yet to see where you can even enter this.
