Following a gameplay sizzle trailer featuring Steph Curry, NBA 2K has released the next cover athlete video - this one for James Harden entitled "Believe." Again, while it may be considered a gameplay sizzle video it comes across more as a MyCareer sizzle video given Spike Lee's voice-over work.

One of the most highly-requested community requests will be coming to NBA Live 16, as LIVE Pro-Am features the brand-new Summer Circuit and the long-awaited return of LIVE Run.

Summer Circuit allows one to three users to play on the same team as they take on CPU squads consisting primarily of NBA players in real-life venues to earn in-game rewards such as gear and equipment. LIVE Run allows 2-10 users to compete against other squads of user-controlled players.

In addition, the GameFaceHD app will be available on September 8, allowing users to scan their face into the game once the LIVE Pro-Am demo is available on September 15. The demo will allow users access to LIVE Pro-Am (including player customization), the Learn LIVE tutorial drills, and six teams usable in Tip-Off (Play Now) mode.

Following the legal investigation into Patrick Kane, EA SPORTS has dropped Kane from further involvement with the marketing and promotion of NHL 16, making Jonathan Toews the solo cover athlete for the title.

This is not the first time the NHL franchise has had to replace an announced cover athlete. In NHL 2004, the original cover athlete was Joe Thornton until he was replaced following assault charges. He was then replaced by Dany Heatley until he was replaced following a car accident that killed teammate Dan Synder, shifting the cover to Joe Sakic. ...

Game update 1.02 is now available for Rory McIlroy PGA TOUR.

The update unlocks TPC Scottsdale for all users in Play Now, Tour Pro career, and also in online modes. It also allows users to earn XP while playing the Night Club Challenge.

Gameplay improvements include tuning to the spin attribute and to the advanced swing.

Leading the way are last season's Super Bowl participants, New England and Seattle, coming in at 91 OVR. Green Bay and Denver rate 90 and 89, respectively. Following the Broncos is a several point drop-off between the Colts, Cowboys, and Ravens.
