Madden NFL 18 - First Look at WR/DB Controls & Coaching Adjustments

One of the few gameplay items to emerge from EA Play (thus far) is this list of WR/DB controls straight from the Twitter of Rex Dickson.

EA barring anyone from capturing footage at E3. They are apparently also only allowing players to play MUT squads. That's always a "positive" sign of how they feel about the game. :nod:

1. Hitstick controls are back on the R Stick (and off the button X).


2. Off the ball injuries are now included. I suspect this includes O linemen?

I've never been so disinterested in the next Madden as I am right now. That said, I could still get sucked into buying this game with good impressions.

I'm pretty sure Gun Monster was in Madden before. I remember using it and thinking they added the South Carolina formation in the game. The formation was first added in NCAA when Steve Spurrier was the head coach at South Carolina.
