The big week is here! Oklahoma and "Always Loses the Big Game" Bob take on Ohio State. Will Bob finally win a big game? Will Oklahoma lose yet again?

Will bdoughty have to change his avatar to a picture of mine and Steeler's choosing? Will that picture violate the site TOS? Will the site even survive bdoughty's new avatar?

Will Miami be the latest victim of Appalachian State? Will Alabama lose to Ole Miss yet again?

Will Ram finally grow a brain? Will Ram continue to ignore our posts that prove him and his constant contradictions wrong? Will Ram ever provide any evidence and proof of anything?

Will Joanie continue to love Chachi? Find all this and more coming up right after these messages for Boner Pills.

Thanks to our sponsor, Stifficade! The long lasting, 36 hour boner pill, the longest lasting boner pill on the market! That'll wrap up our program for this week, but make sure to tune back in next week for more insanity! Same bat time, same bat channel!

Gonna say it right now, I'm predicting Oklahoma beats Ohio State. Playing at home is gonna be the deciding factor for that game.

Also, gonna take Stanford over USC

Texas over Cal

Louisville over Florida State

And, finally, my upset of the week, East Carolina over South Carolina.

It's both.

If OU loses to Ohio State or Texas.

Steeler is correct. Here's the post by bdoughty.

Normally I try to avoid predicting OU games and such but that has not been working out that well. So I am going to say that OU beats Ohio St (primarily because it is at Norman) and Texas. If they lose one of these games you and Steeler can choose an avatar for me to wear the rest of the year.

So a loss in either game will be a loss for bdoughty. Personally, I've already got a good sized selection of pictures picked out to submit for consideration. :)

I can. In Stoops I trust. Big Game Bob is back. The defense on the other hand, TBD.

Theoretically, I know OU can win the game. They have the players and coaches to do it and it's a home game if I'm not mistaken. I just know OSU has players and coaches and the ability to win big games on the road.

I don't think it's so much that OU is top 5 in the country or worthy of a chance at the championship as much as I think Ohio State is overrated and weak in a horribly overrated Big 10. Also, Ohio State always plays like shit against OOC opponents on the road. Granted, the last time they really played an OCC away game worth a damn was 2011 (after that it's been shitty Virginia Tech this year and Cal like three years before that and then they got stomped by Miami in 2011).

Ohio State, always playing shit OOC schedules yet some how continuing to get mentioned as one of the best teams in the country. :glare:

It was funny when CDJ posted it in the week 2 thread. :P

* Also very accurate as Arkansas St and Auburn was a turd of a game.

Good news: No school is going to purge Arkansas State for their next head coach.

Bad news: ITT Tech has a better chance of their head coach being raided.

UTSA almost got the upset, just ran out of steam. At least they were able to slow down Arizona St for three quarters. Looked like a defense of all-stars compared to Texas Tech.

Edited for accuracy.

:up::up::up::up::up::up::up::up::up:

With Art Briles IN ATTENDANCE, they mocked Baylor by forming the Title XI and then going after Ken Starr. (http://www.sbnation.com/college-football/2016/9/16/12949832/rice-band-baylor)

Baylor fans responded by booing, according to several in attendance.

Stay classy Baylor fans. Just let em keep killing, raping, beating dogs and ignoring that you are a Baptist University.

Colorado up 14-0 at Michigan? Wow.

Do not schedule North Dakota State.

The South Carolina St - Clemson game was shortened by 6 minutes in the second half due to the score. Florida St wishes they had the same option. Louisville @ Clemson could be the game of the year, followed by Louisville @ Houston if they beat Clemson.

#2 already went down and #1 is working on losing to Ole Miss for the 3rd straight year. The same Ole Miss that lost to Florida St. #4 losing to Colorado and #3 has to play Big Game Bob.

Edit: 24-3 Ole Miss.

OU/OSU delayed to 8 central due to thunderstorms.

Dammit Ole Miss get back in the lead.

Edit: just as I posted it, TD Ole Miss!

It's looking like Michigan State wants to be in the discussion for the B1G (especially with Iowa dropping the ball today). Furman gave MSU a bigger fit.

Smooth, not to get too far ahead of ourselves but how do you want to handle this bdoughty avatar selection?

I haven't put any time into it so I'm willing to defer to your selections. Would you like to choose from your choices between you and I or should we run a poll of the top 5 or something?

Side note: I'm glad I'm not as confident/delusional about my team as bdoughty is of his.

As for selection, we can do either or. I do have some that I feel are some good pictures. I have somewhere around 10 pictures I found, but I think I can get them whittled down to 5.

Since we'll be using my pictures, I'll leave it up to you to choose the selection process.

I am cool now, Texas just lost to Cal again. Needed a year off from the anxiety of being in contention for a title. We can play to win the Big 12, which looks like anyone but Kansas and Iowa St are in contention for.

Oh and Smooth, did you see the score of the Army game? Army 3-0 for the first time since 1996 and putting up 66 points @ UTEP.

The streak ends this year.

bdoughty
09-18-2016, 01:50 AM
Haha at the call ref made in Cal/Texas game

Not like Texas would have scored, even though they ruled it correctly since the play was dead as nobody rushed to pick it up. Two times players dropped the ball at the one yard line tonight. Mixon (OU) was the other on the kickoff return.

We have a winner! After some back and forth, we have whittled the options down to the victor.

Yeah, we'll have to get some games in sometime. This week probably won't work just because I have a lot going on through Wednesday, and then I'm gone in Cleveland Thursday through Sunday for my friend's wedding as his best man. So I'm swamped the next 7 days.

Doesn't mean they shouldn't have gotten ball there. Didn't come down to it, but that catch by Hansen should have been reviewed also.

Thought ball was live until recovered. At very least should have been touchback. Not sure why guys think that's cool to do haha

"I don't think that hurt us," Texas coach Charlie Strong said. "Number one, the ball shouldn't have gotten down there. We had too many opportunities before that play."

Even the coach knows it had no effect on them. Now punting late in the game that lead to this is what hurt them as there was only 2 minutes on the clock. If I was a coach there would be a rule. Every time you score a touchdown, you find a ref in the end zone and hand it to them. Failure to do so will end up in many extra sprints after practice the next week.
