And we're off and running! College football heads into week 2. Who will embarrass Oklahoma this week?

Fun fact, Louisiana-Monroe once upset a Nick Saban Alabama team.

Lamar Jackson putting on a show early vs. Syracuse. I thought this might be a somewhat competitive game.....wrong.

CMU upsets Okie State on final play of the game.

Pitt holds off Penn State.

For the week being considered a dog on paper all week, there's been a lot of craziness thus far.

Tears to my eyes seeing OSU lose to a MAC school.

Western Kentucky is no USC. If they had anything that resembled and offense, Bama would be in trouble. :P

Kansas is going to lose to Ohio at home. The MAC is dominating the Big 12 today.

This glorified scrimmage is over. JV the entire 2nd half.http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160911/b5be700c801dc4b4950d87cd61bac39f.jpg

:D That upset never should have happened. Refs screwed up an intentional grounding call on fourth down with no time left by OSU and gave Central Michigan an untimed down they never should have been given. That's gotta sting for Okie State! :D

Meanwhile, Jesus Christ, what a win for Navy! Navy takes the lead 28-24 with 3 minutes left in the game, UConn drives down to the 1/2 yard line where Navy makes a stop on 3rd and goal with 12 seconds left.

Apparently thinking they still had a timeout (they used their last on 2nd down), UConn players just stand around staring at the pile of bodies with literally zero urgency to the situation while Bob Diaco has a fucking meltdown on the sidelines and the final 12 seconds just tick right off the clock to give Navy the win.

I hope people took the over in Texas Tech-Arizona State. Holy crap a lot of touchdowns in that one.

Then you have Arizona State RB Kalen Ballage going freaking nuts and tying the NCAA record with 8 rushing touchdowns in the game. That some video game level shit there!

Watched most of the second half and Texas Tech has actually found a way to get worse on defense. Impossible some might say but that was just awful. Arizona survived a little scare against Grambling St as they were down 21-3 at the half.

Call me a fan. Humility is so rare these days in sports.

Indeed, Ballage's humble nature showed when he brought the entire starting offensive line—Evan Goodman, Sam Jones, McCollum, Stephon McCray, and Quinn Bailey—to the post-game press conference.

- Watched the end of Wazzu-Boise last night. 1) Some horrible clock management by WSU in the last minute. 2) On the Hail Mary attempt, it sure looked like a Boise DB basically leveled a WSU WR as the ball was in the air, but no PI was called and ESPN couldn't cut away fast enough, so no replay. :dunno:

- Oregon's defense still looks relatively weak, so next week versus Nebraska might end up being a shootout. I'm still not sold on NU either as they have looked good and very average at times in their first two games.
