Getting Pressure on the QB

I'm in a couple of online dynasties with teams with very subpar defensive lineman, and if I don't blitz I can pretty much guarantee their QB will have all day. I'm just looking for tips on how to create some pressure without blitzing all out. I just got the game last week so don't assume I know anything lol. My base formations are 4-3 and 3-3-5

Use your line stunts and alignment, try to slant them to one way or another as the ball is snapped and sometimes this will get you more pressure than if you just try and rush with them normally.
