It is open starting Thursday, but these codes get you access starting today. We've had the internal beta going since last week and they just opened it up to friends and family by giving us all a bunch of codes.

I'll snag a Xbox One code as well if you still have any. It'd give me a chance to try the game on both PS4 and Xbox One, see how the versions compare and how the servers are.

Playing it right now but I can't figure out how to play in 3rd person. Went to settings and set it from 1P to 3P in soldier cam or something but it's still 1P perspective. So I'm just watching both kids play right now. Sounds and looks great imo.

The online stuff is third person. I wonder if you don't have a choice for the beta.

How is the BETA on XbOx1 Smooth? I really wanted to try this out but I didn't see the thread until right now. I'm sure the codes are gone so I didn't bother requesting. The wife and I have watched twitch all evening... game visuals look great. I wish you could play longer as Vader/Luke.

I've played some on Xbox One, but most of my time tonight has been on PS4. For some reason Twitch won't let me stream it on Xbox One, but I can stream just fine on PS4. Really odd.

But it's fun! Especially the vehicles. One round of Walker Assault, I was kicking ass in a TIE Fighter, those bastards never shot me down.

I just finished a stream I had going, was playing Walker Assault for 1 hour, 41 minutes. Exporting it to YouTube right now. I'll post it here when it's done.

I'm not a Star Wars guy by any means. In fact, I think it's lame as shit. However, this game looks really good and has been on my radar since it was announced.

My only hesitation is the fact that it's online only (Sims was a disaster) so I may wait a bit after release to decide. That said, I hope it's as awesome as it looks.

OMG, sorry about the voices in the video. You can tell immediately these are Star Wars fans. Kept thinking of Conan when he does his nerd talk.

Snow looks amazing though, take away all the Star Wars crap, the laser beams, had a single player mode and I might have looked at it.


Edit: Did you look at Snoops video? It was all 3rd person? I am talking the other one down as nobody should have their ears subjected to that.

I have a YouTube video of my stream up from last night on the first page. It started in first player but I was able to eventually get to third player and stayed third player the rest of the time.

The tie fighter stuff is pretty fun. Just watched my daughter earlier. I thought you didn't have control of the actual ship in previous videos but you do. It's cool and difficult at the same time.
