I think for all coaches (maybe even including non customized coaches) I will set all W-L records to 0, set Avg Recruiting class to the same number and make the contract lengths the same (Kansas's new HC got five years so I figured that'd be a good start)

Yeah, I'm going to edit the coaches before starting. That way we can use the "Existing Coaches" option and we shouldn't run into XP issues later on.

It's literally offense or defense. It's only used during the carousel to determine what kind of coordinator jobs to offer you.

Some of you guys didn't specify a "Head". If you don't have the game handy, just let me know what type of guy you want (goatee, non-goatee, bald, balding, not bald, etc) and I'll do my best. But the default medium head, for example, is a balding goatee'd guy that looks really weird without a hat ... so I don't think people would want that.

Also, I forgot to ask for No-Huddle settings. I have no idea if they matter except for sim games, but if anybody wants to for sure run No-Huddle, that might be a good thing to mention, just in case.
