The Draft will begin whenever the first pick is made. There is no rush. We will not be beginning the season until (probably a few days) after the holiday weekend, so don't feel like you have to make your pick immediately once you're on the clock.
Teams eligible
All 3-star teams are eligible, and should be included in the list below. Any team from a non-Power 5 conference is eligible. There are no 4-star non-Power 5 (at least that I saw), I just didn't take the time to list the 2-star and 1-star schools here. If someone wants to be a 2-star or lower school, be my guest.

Final conference selections will be made based on the teams chosen and geographical/rival reasonableness. Tentative list is the SEC, Pac-12 and B1G, with some B1G and ACC teams swapping.
Rosters
Barring someone finding a massive problem with these 2015-16 rosters (http://www.operationsports.com/forums/ncaa-football-rosters/844354-ncaa-14-2015-2016-rosters-360-now-ps3.html) (use the online version through JoshC1977 or my JeffHCross account) between now and July 5th, we'll be proceeding with them. If we change rosters before the 5th, we will redraft, so draft assuming we're using these rosters.
Since some people are on vacation right now and may not be near a console, I've attached an Excel Spreadsheet from the OD website for these rosters, with the eligible 3-star teams included.
