White & gold all the way.

The dress is blue and black but the picture has horrible lighting or focus to make those colors look like ass

You should see an eye doctor if you see white instead of blue.

The original link updated with the correct exposure I'm guessing.

Oh...figured one of you guys tried to pull the ole okey doke after we voted or posted haha

I could post the scientific reasoning behind the reason the colors were seen as a different color, but don't feel like finding it again haha

Now it changed back LMAO must be based on the time you see it. Whoever created it sure is getting a lot of attention.

In this picture it is blue and black (possibly even a brownish color). There are other versions where the dress is basically white and tan.

Some of the jokes surrounding this 'dress debate' have been pretty funny.

Blue and gold for me. It is definitely not white but I see no black in this version.

Gold for sure. Depending on how you look at it, it could either be a dirty white or a very light blue. Either way, the dumbass who took this crap quality picture should give up on photography.

The designer posted it is actually blue and black. Depending on which line of sight you take the colour will be different.

It also depends on your eyes and genetics.

I can't, under any circumstances, get my eyes to see white and gold.

Just like I, under any circumstances, can't get my eyes to see black and blue. :D

I've tried looking at it on different computers, from different angles, in different lighting situations. Every time, I see nothing but white and gold.

Now see, that Youtube video, and the professional pictures in news stories, I can see it's black and blue plain as day. THAT picture though, that damn thing is white and gold to me. :D

It's some sort of marketing ploy, and it worked.

I've seen on the first post (just today) the dress be BOTH white and gold & black and blue.

You do know that it is just an optical illusion based on how your brain processes the lighting, right? This is no mystery and the picture does not change.

My daughter and I have looked at it at the SAME TIME and I ALWAYS see white and gold while she ALWAYS sees black and blue.

Well that's weird because in the matter of five minutes I saw both.

It just means you're weird. :)

There were dozens of videos on YouTube explaining it within 24 hours of it becoming a thing. ;)

Post 18, I also linked to an article that explains it. It partially has to do with genetics and your eyes, as well as what kind of conditions you look at it in (light room vs. dark room).

I've looked it at here at work so same lighting and such, and it changed 5 minutes later :D
