If he took over Nebraska, Michigan, USC, Arkansas I thought he would be able to. Just not teams that have never had a user coach?

I think he would likely progress no matter what team he took, however he would start out at Level 1 with the rest of us around 18+.

I agree, he's been pretty active in TGT OD.
