Skip, other than dinner on Saturday I have no firm plans this weekend. Don't know what your work schedule is like, but I work 1pm - 9 central. Let me know what you want to aim for.

That is pretty cool. I'm going to play my bowl game now. I won't really be around till late tomorrow evening. I will be available to do offseason this weekend though pending how fast we get through these bowl games.

Penn State wins the National Championship by a score of 41-21.

PSU was led by JR HB Terrance Warren 18 carries for 250yds and 3TD's. The running game was firing on all cylinders tonight. Getting my starting FB back was also a big plus. Freshman FB Craig Gilliam pitched in with some big blocks and 6 carries for 31yds.

With SR QB Vincent Mirvil 19-27 189yds 2TD's and 1int playing his last game tonight it will be bitter sweet. As a drop back passer he was extremely efficient and will be missed next year.

Thanks guys, it was not a pretty year but solid from start to finish.

My offensive game plan could change next depending which QB wins the starting job. Exciting times at PSU with a stud HB incoming too.

Or you talking tonight?I work Monday - Friday 1 to 9 central (wasn't sure how long bowls would take). Though I may not be going into work today. This weekend I should generally be free except for dinner time Saturday.

#10 Florida takes down #11 Oregon in the Sugar Bowl by the score of 41-14. The Gators were helped largely in part by forcing 3 turnovers throughout the game. Added was a career performance for HB Michael Swan who carried the ball 15 times for 199 yards and 1 touchdown. QB Ben Lewis also had a very good day completing 17 of 26 passes for 197 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Defensively, ROLB Scott Robinson said goodbye to the Gator faithful in his final collegiate game by recording 11 tackles, 1 sack and 1 interception. In the special teams department, return specialist Tyler Pittman also left out on a good note as he managed to return two kickoffs for touchdown, though one was called back due to an unnecessary block in the back.

With the win, Florida caps off their season at 11-2 and look forward to next season where much of the team returns looking to improve on this season's results.

Bowls are done. Ohio State scores nothing in the first half but wins the second half 17-0 and rolls to a 17-3 victory. Both quarterbacks had trouble figuring out the opposing defense, but the Buckeyes were able to find rhythm late.
