Also, a note for everyone... if you don't use all of your recruiting time, please manually mark yourself as ready to advance so that I know that you're done. This past week there were two teams that weren't deemed ready. What I'll be doing is using a 48 hour deadline for recruiting... if the rest of the OD is ready to advance after 48 hours, regardless of whether you're completed or not, I'll be advancing (unless you give me some kind of prior notice with good reason).
