Just beat Indiana 41-22 and I get the "The commisioner has made changes to the dynasty that require a restart" crap again like a few weeks back. :bang:

Trying again... gonna be mostly supersim.

I played my game twice and beat OHIO ST. twice even thou the lag almost killed me and twice I was also forced to restart because of COMMISSIONER CHANGE RULES warning, i love this dyn but enough is enough I played a great game DEF twice and now I will be submitted to my game being sim and me probably losing even thou I won 2 times, so I am dropping out of this because the bugs is this thing are way to aggravating and not fair and takes all the fun out , and it sucks because i really like my team but glitches kill this game.

Sorry, guys - had company in town the last few days so I haven't been on much.

I haven't made any changes lately, so I don't know what would cause that error. Anyone know if we are FUBARed or if advancing will correct the error? Do we need to reload the previous save file and replay this week?

Advancing should resolve that error.

There's really no way to fix the error. It's basically a server side error on EA. Once a user gets it they may be f'd. One guy in my OD gets the error 3-4 times every single week, and I've seen some people get the error once and then never again.

When I got it a few weeks ago it was once and 2nd try was fine. This time was both tries and I haven't tried again. I'm fine if you just sim my game this week and hopefully it is cleared up next week.

It complete BS I just swallowed my pride and tried to save my season and play the game a 3rd time again I beat OHIO ST, with a last second FG and it made me restart again 3 time i have won this game . I'm sorry but this is BS!!!!!! Its not fair for someone like me who is trying to have a good season and take a HUGE loss to a team I have beat 3 times. I think I should be allowed to sim game until I win I have earned it.

Last I knew, JB was at halftime of his game but that was three and a half hours ago. :o We'll advance once his game is complete....I am assuming he passed out. Hopefully he doesn't wake up to 1st & 55 on his own one-yard line. (Actually, that would be funny. :))

joker - when will you be on again tonight? We can try simming to get an RU win.

joker - going to need you to go into the game/OD and go to ESPN and then Scores/Schedules. Select your game and hit Simulate. If that doesn't give you a win, we can keep throwing it out until it does.

Let's make sure we get this done by Monday night since we are already past advance. I have a family event and will likely not be home until 7-8 PM CT. I will come straight here once I am home. If we do not get this done by 10 PM CT Monday, I will advance normally where there is no way to throw out any simulation.

Hey guys,

I was just randomly searching around for online dynasties in case I ever wanted to join another and came across this one. I read through this thread and saw that you're dealing with the "commissioner made changes" bug. Saving the dynasty file is what causes it. So when you enter the dynasty and it asks you if you want to save, always hit NO. The only person that should have the file saved is obviously the commissioner. Ever since I deleted the actual dynasty file and hit No every week, I have never had that problem again in over 3 seasons of play. Prior to that, I had it twice in 3 weeks of playing when I joined that OD. So you may want to try that, and hopefully it helps you guys out like it helped me. Good luck everyone.
