I've got a small problem that has now turned into a big problem. I cannot access anything on the web and anything requiring an internet connection won't connect on my desktop that's wired into the router. Oddly enough, my laptop is completely fine. Tried disabling Norton firewall, and a couple other things, but no luck. Any ideas?

Sent from my DROID RAZR Maxx since I'm too lazy to get to the CPU using Tapatalk 4

Be more selective about what porn sites you frequent.

Not quite the help I'm looking for :D

The DNS error would be on random sites at random times, mainly on Chrome so then I'd use Firefox and be fine, but now after this latest Windows update, nothing works even though it says I'm connected to the internet. It says the IPv4 is connected but IPv6 isn't.

I don't think it's my router that is the issue since the laptop works wirelessly, the PS3 and PS4 work through wired connections.

This is just annoying the fuck out of me.

Talked to the tech guy at work and even though my laptop is working fine, it may be the router.

It's possibly the router's port forwarding settings. That sounds like the likely culprit.

Didn't set any of these when I got a new router. It was just as simple as pushing in the reset button with a pin. I was making it harder than it had to be I guess :D but I'm back in business now to watch more porn!
