Smith is an excellent signing for the Huskies as he can fit into so many places on the field. With excellent speed and running abilities, combined with the ability to throw the football all around the field, he'll have no trouble finding a fit in the Huskies offense. Added, he can play CB which is a need for Washington.

Expect him to wind up playing Quarterback based on the rest of the Huskies class. He adds speed and running that is currently not top notch for their option offense.

Weber is a nice signing for the Huskies. With the departure of stud HB Bishop Sankey, the Huskies need to find additional bodies to help fill his role. With nice speed and running ability, he'll have no problem finding a spot on the field in the years to come.

At 6'3 234lbs, Herring is a monster of a running back in high school and looks to translate that well to the next level. He likes to run over as many defenders as he can on his way to the endzone. Added, he played defense in high school though without a decent ability to break away from blocks, he would struggle on that side of the ball in college.

Expect Herring to be the Thunder compliment to Weber's Lightning at the running back position.

While CB is a definite need for the Huskies, Williams went all but completely unnoticed until his high school coaches began sending care-packages to the Huskies' coaches. Williams is a capable CB and will certainly contribute in time but expect his first year to be spent learning behind an already solid CB core.

McMahan is a tweener in a lot of ways. He has size of a Linebacker, the speed of a defensive back, and the strength & rush moves of a defensive end. Added in decent coverage ability and the ability to sniff out a play, coaches will have a difficult job of finding just one position for him to play.

With his speed and rush abilities, expect McMahan to be a rush OLB so that he can get after the QB.

While Gardner did play a little defensive back in high school, he's a receiver through & through. With good speed and decent catching abilities, he's not quite ready for a starting job but look for him to redshirt his first year on campus. After that, he could be a good compliment to the rest of the receiving core.

Nice haul for me in the latest advance!

- (****) ATH Eddie Seymour has committed to Oklahoma -- 74 OVR
- (***) LOLB Nick Butler has committed to Oklahoma -- 67 OVR
- (****) DT Xavier Banks has committed to Oklahoma -- 77 OVR
- (****) ROLB Rodney Matthews has committed to Oklahoma -- 79 OVR

Those OVR's are 50% scouting, so it could be better or worse.

Porter is a big-bodied blocker that could put on a few pounds and become a stud LT. However, at his current size, he has the ability to block and also catch a few passes.

Expect him to probably redshirt his first year.

Harris was a stud coming out of high school but his grades weren't quite up to par. After taking a year at Junior College, he's improved his abilities and also his grades. With excellent running abilities and also the ability to throw the rock around a bit, he could compete for playing time once QB Cyler Miles departs. Until then, he'll redshirt and improve his skills.

While Day is not a standout, he is a solid all-around blocker. With good all-around skills, he'll eventually find his way into the starting line-up but for now, he'll have a chance to watch those in front of him.

Expect Day to redshirt his first year.

Williams is an all-out stud. With good strength and speed, great ability to sniff out the play to go along with outstanding ability to get off of blocks, he's going to be a monster in the coming years.

Williams will almost certainly start his first year on campus and be a force to recon with.

Marshall is great big-bodied receiver coming off of the line. With two all-conference candidates departing after this season, Marshall is expected to contribute immediately along side current redshirt Blanco.

Will "Danger" Robinson is a stud of an offensive lineman with lots of upside. He absolutely crushes his defender in the running game and also can hold his own in the passing game as well. With no holes in his blocking skills combined with 5 departing offensive lineman, Robinson comes in looking to start immediately.

Washington their 13th signing and he's likely their last significant signing with the remaining targets merely roster fillers.

Brown is an excellent blocker with no holes in his skillset. With great strength and ability to block in both the run and the pass game, Brown is the prototypical Right Tackle. He'll protect your front side in the pocket while also sealing the edge in the outside run game.

With Washington losing all 5 starting OL after this season, expect Brown to start right away.
