Well its a "reboot" (starting from scratch at "the beginning") so you won't be missing out on much.

Basically its a UC type experience/game. Very solid game played through the story 2 times and really enjoyed it.

With so few games coming out the next few months for next gen consoles, I am considering a double dip. Really wish the game was like $29.99 since it is not that dramatic of a difference but it does include all the DLC. If only I had the discipline to wait for a big price drop. If Square-Enix delays Thief I will be a pretty unhappy camper.

That's really sad b/c the PS3 version was GREAT. In fact it was my 2nd or 3rd favorite game last year behind TLOU and possibly Resogun. IMHO it's not worth the $60 if you have already played it on PS3 but if you haven't you definitely should pick it up on PS4 b/c it will be the best AAA game on the system to date.

I agree the issue won't likely last long as the PS3 had similar issues with several games compared to 360. Eventually (2 years or so as I recall) the devs figured out how to get the same specs on PS3 and 360.

It wont even be 2 years this time around. I'm assuming this fall they will have everything working and fine tuned, especially for Halo. Granted, games like Ryse are never going to be 1080p and 60FPS on Xbox One because it's simply not powerful enough to do all that. However, for a past gen port to be unable to do that has nothing to do with hardware and everything to do with development.

Personally, I don't know which system to get this on. Haven't touched my PS4 in awhile so maybe I'll indulge myself in 1080p and 60FPS.

EDIT: Why did I buy a plasma TV a few months ago if content never goes above 60FPS? :fp:

Its a really solid game if you didn't play on 360/PS3 I highly recommend it. I'm going to GameFly it myself since I bought launch on PS3 I don't really see the need to fork over another $60 just for better hair

Already beat it on the 360 but with so little out right now... Just need a game where I can shoot people. AC BF is fun but not exactly made for gunplay.

I got the stupid artbook version as that was all they had, it was the same price but is longer and wider than the standard cases so my OCD is on high alert at the thought of having to put it on my DVD holder. It will just sit there hanging out like an eyesore. Oh those first world problems, they are a bitch.

The saddest part is that I have to put it in with my Xbox One collection because otherwise I would only have four disc based games, since I traded in one game. I can't have four disc based games because 4 is, "One of those numbers that does not sit well with me." This would also go for digital games. Once I hit three, the next purchase is two games or one gets deleted.

As for the game. I can see the polish compared to the current gen version but it is kind of like AC Black Flag. They look better but not to the point you show it off to friends.

UPS or FedEx would cost Gamefly a lot more money per shipment. Throw in that they also pay to ship it back, I do not see that happening. Also if you use the free shipping option with Amazon (thus being comparable to Gamefly) they tend to go with the USPS, because it costs less (also stated delivery time is 5-8 days). Are you seeing the trend here?
