Well the game that was forgotten turned into a score fest over on ESPN 8 "The Ocho". The game pitted 1-3 Memphis against 0-4 Tulsa. There was a grand total of 562 people in the stands for this one. As with most games with Memphis ZERO defense was played as both teams employ a hurry up very up tempo offense. This was evident by the 35 points that was scored between the teams in the first quarter alone!

The game was back and forth and it looked like whoever had the ball last would win. Memphis' D came up big on Tulsa's last two drives by making big INTs while they were driving. Memphis padded its score at the end to try and get some people to notice so maybe they will be ranked in the top 100 for a change (The old Steve Spurrier would have been proud), and Memphis won 73-49.

Tulsa's QB was amazing before the 2 INTs going 33-38 for 354 yards with 2 TDs. Not to be outdone Memphis QB was 25-42 for 516 yards and 3 TDs. There was a total of 1500 yards between the two teams this game.

Memphis is on its longest win streak of the season of 2 games in a row...If you gon't have "The Ocho" you missed out on a lot of offense lol

I really hate the feeling of helplessness as a DC. A missed extra point in double OT was the difference as OU defeats Texas 38-37 (2OT).

My internet was down last night and I'm back up and running here. I know JB has the DJ gig tonight but let's see if we can sneak this in here today.
