PS3 Realistic and Legitmate Dynasty (UNCAA)

Hey everyone I am looking to start a new Online Dynasty with up to 12 teams. I want to run this like a REAL Ncaa would be ran. Starting at the bottom with 1 Star teams we have to work our way up with contracts on. No custom conferences to start out with but with the likely hood of rearranging later. I don't need you to be a GREAT player just a committed and realistic. Here how I want to break it down.

-Difficulty: All-American (To start once we reach better programs possible Heisman, pending league vote)
-Qrt: 6min
-Advancement 1-2 times a week. (I was thinking starting on WED I would see if everyone is ready and if they are advance, then again on SUNDAY regardless if you are ready.)
-Custom Playbooks: Yes
-Time Savers: No
-Contracts: Yes
-Sliders: No

The Roster will have the correct names already attached. We will try and schedule at least 1 hopefully more games a season against real opponents. Send me an email with your name, number (For texting), PSN, once you are in you can pick your team. I am taking San Jose State.

have a few ready yes i would share the commish with u, only 2 changes i suggest.....
1-10 min qtrs- brings fatigue into effect,plus only adv once or twice a week not to much to ask
2- custom sliders i have a set i like alot that is based on indivual ratings
