The offseason will begin once all Bowl Games are completed or Friday night, whichever comes first.

Please post your job aspirations here so you can be manually advanced through the Carousel if you are not online to participate. (IE: "I want to stay at my current school" OR "I want a job in a power conference, preferably SEC or B1G.")

Once the Carousel begins, please post who the next turn belongs to in order to keep things rolling.

Mine will depend on the team whether I move up or stay back. I hate playing defense so may look for an OC job at a major school. I know my record may limit my quality of schools trying to go after me so I may just stick it out at Memphis.

I'm leaving for a new job if the right one comes available. All of my top rated players at UTEP are Juniors and I have a stout recruiting class coming in. So if the only moves are somewhat lateral or just a slight upgrade I may just stay at UTEP. But I'm expecting to get an offer from a BCS school (hopefully one that is in a nice recruiting area so I can stay there the rest of the OD).

Can we only move up to 2* program or can we accept any job offer? I hope to get some good offers but I also don't want to jump to a BCS contender right away. I know that may sound stupid. I def. want a HC gig but if the right offer isn't there, I may stay, I really like my Lafayette team.

I've actually have never done CC with this many people. How long does it take? How do we know who's up?

You can do everything in regards to the offseason and in-season recruiting from the web.

I use it to do recruiting on bye weeks and I have handled all of my offseason stuff on it. It's a little buggy at times but it beats having to be home and booting all the way into the dynasty just to do some quick task.

I was also upset I was looking forward to our rematch this season! My players were looking forward to extracting some revenge to the coach that beat them and avenging the close loss!

I think we'll stick with 2, but some may get 3 since we are at 11 users.

A User v User game with one as OC/DC ends up being a regular online game. The OC/DC will play both sides of the ball.

Then again, one of the reasons I chose them is because I get to recruit in the best state in college football.
