It's like Ustream, Justin.TV, etc. but much more gamer focused. You can tie your stream/video to a specific game so that you can find all that are tagged to that game. It's more PC focused but I'm sure that will change with both next gen consoles supporting it.

Odds are, both consoles will be within one week of each other. Either Xbox One the week before PS4, the same week as the PS4 or the week after the PS4.

Consoles almost never release on a Tuesday for some reason. Wednesday seems to be a popular day. PS4 launching on a Friday is weird, never heard of that before. It's probably smart, though, get the system in the hands of people and on the shelves right before a weekend.

Alright, in that case, if MS goes with a Wednesday release, then my guess is gonna be the 6th, 13th or 20th. Me being optimistic, I'd like to think the 6th or the 13th.

Those are my guesses as well. The closer they launch to Call of Duty, the better, especially with the Xbox One version having timed exclusive content and dedicated servers, which are only available on the One(and PC, I'm assuming). That's Microsoft meal ticket, they better use it.

Casual players don't care about Call of Duty or Madden. They care about which one is cheaper, so I'd have to assume Sony clearly has the edge there with the cheaper system. For me, I'm not even remotely impressed by what Sony is doing so far (Killzone looks relatively good so far, that's literally all I'm interested in) but most of my friends and my NCAA/Madden leagues are on Playstation, so I might as well get one at launch. On the flip side, I LOVE the first year lineup for the One as it's just loaded with my types of games, so it'll be a carbon copy of this generation for me. Exclusives and NCAA/Madden for PS4, everything else for Xbox.

:D More than I thought it would be. I was expecting only a $5 to $10 drop.
I kind of figured it would be around a $20 drop since Amazon has had it around the discount for a few days, as has Best Buy. Still, it's just way too high when you consider the cost of similar tech. As JB said, the only good thing is that is has the chance to get discounted further. I've seen them as low as $55 on Amazon Warehouse, so the potential at one under $40 is definitely there and while that is still ridiculous, it would be a pill I would be willing to swallow. No way a 32 GB card should be anything over $40.
