I'm starting up a custom conference dynasty and I'm looking for a full league of 12. I'm interested in committed players that aren't prone to restarts (without vid/pics) or cheesing in general. I advance my other dynasty 4-5 times a week and plan to do the same for this one. EVERYONE WILL NEED TO JOIN GROUPME. That's where I'll post advance times and other info, as well as answer questions. It's too much work trying to respond to everyone's individual psn message.
-Skill Level: AA
- 6 minute quarters
-Starting coach level: 1
-Must create a coach
Here's how I envision the dynasty working:
-There will be six power conferences with 9 teams each, so no conf. champ games
-2 users per conference
-Each user gets to pick 3 teams (in addition to the team he plays as) to go into that conference; geography doesn't have to factor in
-Two different players and their picks will add up to 8 teams, and I'll fill in the 9th conference team at the end of the draft
Since this probably sounds confusing, here's an example:
Player 1 decides to play as Ole Miss. He chooses Mississippi State, Alabama, and Wisconsin as the three teams he wants with him. Player 2 decides to play as Virginia Tech. He chooses FSU, Tennessee, and UVA as his three additional conference teams. 9th team (leftover after all other picks) is Duke. The conference would be Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Alabama, Wisconsin, Virginia Tech, FSU, Tennessee, UVA, and Duke.
As far as the drafting of teams: The team you want to play as is first come first serve (and I'm playing as Cal) but we will have a draft for the 3 teams you want to add as conference opponents. We'll do it over groupme; everyone will be given a number 1-12 and we'll use a random number generator to determine the order for each round of picks.
We'll also have some realignment each offseason.
