Console & League name - (PS3) Senior Coaching Organized Football Federation - SCOFF
League Difficulty: All-American
Teams available/custom conference layout: Ladder Format -- Relegation-style League
Schedule (How quickly will weeks be advanced): 2 games per week
Scheduling: To be determined
Rules: Coach-Mode ONLY.
Are you an old codger, like me? Do you find yourself wondering where the good times went? Do you ask yourself when Motley Crew became "classic" rock? Are you, or do you feel, well, old, and find yourself less about the controller action, and more about the meat and potatoes of NCAA Football 14 -- the coaching?
SCOFF is for you.
SCOFF at the twitch leagues, where it's less about how good you are at game-planning and strategy, and more about "skillz". SCOFF at those who choose to ignore FOOTBALL and its core concepts, and focus more on how good they are at the controller.
Actually, those leagues are great, and this will not be a league for everyone. A lot of people enjoy all aspects of the game, but this league wants to focus on game-planning, in-game strategy and being a good solid recruiter. This is just in the very initial parts of things, and will probably be set up over in Operation Sports. I noticed that there's some great coach-only fans over here, so I thought I'd gauge interest here.
This would be a relegation league based on the "Ladder" system, as done over at Front Office Football, and done well. It takes inspiration from soccer leagues, where teams move up and down leagues based on performance.
