Running back to line after calling no huddle - why are some teams/players faster?

I noticed some players are slow running back but I notice with some no huddle teams and some non-no huddle teams players run faster back to the line of scrimmage. Has anyone else noticed this?

Could it possibly have something to do with the new coach experience system and the coach you are playing against has more ranks in the right categories making the players on their teams run to the line faster?

Just throwing it out there.
