Recruit promises in OD ?

Any know how to make promises to a recruit in an OD?

I haven't found the way yet. I actively tried to look for 1-2 weeks in the dynasty, then stopped after that

You can't make promises during recruiting, only during the phase when you try to convince players to return in the offseason.
